Hugh Brown ebe148e537 fix: use Alpine-compatible flags for addgroup/adduser in frontend Dockerfile ...

node:20-alpine uses BusyBox which does not support GNU-style
--system/--ingroup flags. Switch to -S/-G equivalents.
