fix: 主题按钮添加内联样式防止加载闪烁

- 给主题切换按钮添加 position:fixed;top:20px;right:20px 内联样式 - 解决 CSS 加载延迟导致按钮位置闪烁的问题 - welcome.html 不需要修改（按钮在导航栏内）
